9 - Q. Do you require a VIN number to check out?

A. To ensure that you receive the correct parts, we would need the VIN number of your Aston Martin vehicle to complete your order. When purchasing Lifestyle Collection, VIN is not required.

10 - Q. What is the difference with “ADD TO QUOTE” and “BUY NOW”

A. ADD TO QUOTE button option is for the parts with no price listed. After you submit your order, one of our service advisors will contact you with the price.  BUY NOW allows you to complete your entire purchase.

11 - Q. How do I return an item back to Aston Martin Parts.

A. Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by the emailed invoice.

No returns on electrical or special order parts.

No returns after 30 days.

30% re-stock charge on all approved return parts.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of

payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
